Transportation policy

Freight

 The shipping cost will be calculated based on your preferred shipping method and the country/region of transportation, and will be displayed in your shopping cart at checkout. However, if the total amount of your shopping cart reaches $5000 or more, free delivery will automatically apply to your shopping cart.

 Delivery time

 After completing payment confirmation, we need to negotiate with you to agree on a delivery time for all our orders. Our working days are from Monday to Friday and do not cover legal holidays in China.
 Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 3-7 days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on the chosen courier company. In the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred courier company, and the estimated delivery time of each courier company will be displayed.
 The tracking numbers for all goods will be sent within 1 working day after your order is shipped.

 We ship all orders tracked through FedEx or DHL as they provide optimal security and traceability. At checkout, you can choose your preferred courier company.

 Import tariffs and taxes

 All orders may require payment of import taxes and tariffs. We will not charge import taxes or tariffs on our website, nor will they be included in product prices or shipping costs.
