Wholesale policy

Produced and processed through our factory. All products have been selected and sold at factory prices. 
Recommendation strategy 

Due to our extensive production of various sterling silver designs and styles, we strongly recommend that you find the style that suits your customers as your product line, rather than randomly selecting them. 
trade price 

The price displayed on the product page is the production cost of each product, excluding material costs. Because precious metals fluctuate greatly nowadays, for the sake of fairness, all products are determined based on the material prices of the day, and the prices of the products are calculated together with the actual weight and labor costs of each product. There are no hidden member prices. 

Generally speaking, the price for ordering more than 12 items per style is the factory's mass production price. In addition, if you place an order for a single style color size exceeding $1500 at once, we will re quote as mass production saves costs. 


Order fulfillment 
If the product is in stock, there will be a processing time of 2 working days after payment settlement. 
If the product is out of stock, it will take approximately 7-20 days for manufacturing and processing after payment settlement. 

Shipping insurance 
The shipping fee is 1.0%. 
Your package does not have the current price 
We strongly recommend that you purchase transportation insurance for large packages. 


Transportation and Handling 
We ship globally. 
We ship wholesale orders through DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT. 
The shipping cost will be calculated based on the actual weight. The current shipping options will be sent by the courier company. 
DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT (5-10 days, the first 1kg costs approximately $28+the next 1kg costs approximately $12) 
Economic express delivery (7-15 days, the first 1kg costs approximately $18+the next 1kg costs $10)

The above shipping fees are for reference only, and the final shipping fee will be calculated based on the latest information. 



Ordering process 
1. You are s925.online orders
2. If there is inventory, we will prepare packaging within 2 days. If regular manufacturing is required, we will prepare packaging within 7-15 days. 
3. We prepare documents (declaration labels and purchase invoices) for customs, transport packages, and send tracking number notifications to your email. 
4. The package has arrived at the customs of your country/region. The customs will inspect it and release it after tax clearance. The tax will be levied based on the declared value and purchase invoice on the documents we prepared in step 3. 
5. The package has arrived at your doorstep. Please keep your phone available.

Please note that: 
1.Any taxes and fees (including but not limited to tariffs and value-added tax) levied by the buyer's country/region shall be the responsibility of the buyer. Before placing an order, please make sure to collect taxes in your country/region. 
2. DHL, UPS, or other courier companies in your country/region (especially Canada) may charge tax transaction fees. We are also not responsible for such tax transaction fees. 
3. If you are a resale company, please fill in your company's tax number/ORI/value-added tax number to avoid sales tax. 
4. You can choose to declare the value at checkout. Generally speaking, when a package passes through customs, the tax will be calculated based on the claim value. 


payment 
After confirming the order, full payment must be settled, including shipping costs. Then the order will be produced and shipped. 
Wire transfer, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Western Union remittance and Alipay are available. 
Due to the low profit margin of wholesale prices, transaction fees (if any) must be paid by the buyer. Please note that PayPal/credit cards will charge a transaction fee (4.4%) on the payee's side. 


Returns and Refunds 
For inventory jewelry products, you can return them in their original condition within 30 days without providing a reason. If there are no quality defects, you will need to pay for the return shipping fee. 
For jewelry that needs to be manufactured, please note that once payment is settled and the manufacturing process begins, the order cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a quality defect in the product. If you are unsure of the quality of the actual product, we encourage you to order a small quantity of samples.
